With over 5 years of experience delivering bespoke AI/ML solutions across sectors, including energy, climate, aviation, healthcare, and telecom, Shreeansh brings deep technical insight combined with strategic vision. Shreeansh graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College with a degree in Mathematics and obtained a dual MBA/MS at MIT Sloan and MIT’s School of Engineering. He has previously served as an economic consultant at The Brattle Group, specializing in decarbonization modeling and investment strategy. He also worked to build ML solutions for climate mitigation and churn forecasting at Verizon.
Passionate about solving real-world problems through AI, Shreeansh has worked with stakeholders around the globe, deploying tailored machine learning systems that drive impact. His approach blends rigorous analytical thinking with cross-industry domain expertise—delivering outcomes that are both innovative and grounded in practical value.

Bibek Raj Kandel is a strategic advisor and energy policy expert with over 15 years of experience working on energy transition, utilities reform, infrastructure development, and climate resilience in frontier and emerging markets. He advises governments, multilateral institutions, and private sector partners—including UNDP, the World Bank, IRENA, and Enabel—on energy policy, utility transformation, and investment strategies in complex power markets.Bibek combines engineering expertise with political economy insight to navigate the institutional and market challenges of the energy transition. His work spans national utilities, regulatory reform, and infrastructure development across Nepal, East Africa, and Asia, including advisory engagements in Malaysia, Indonesia, and China, as well as remote advisory support to Pacific Island states on energy transition planning.He has led major initiatives around grid strengthening and electricity markets in Rwanda, as well as designing a multi-million Euro climate-resilient infrastructure program in Mozambique following Cyclone Idai.Bibek serves on the boards of Bhutan Global Group and Canopy USA, as well as serving as an Asia Global Fellow at the Asia Global Institute at the University of Hong Kong. Hem holds a double degree in Mathematics and Chemical-Biological Engineering from MIT and has five years of experience applying mechanistic models, AI algorithms, and software solutions across industries including manufacturing, energy, agriculture, and climate change.
Hem is a 2x founder. His first company piloted Nepal's first multispectral drone and developed ML algorithms to diagnose citrus greening in orange orchards, alongside Nepal's first weather-based late blight forecasting models. His second company built a RAG system for large-knowledge-base institutions and an AI-enabled workflow automation stack for manufacturing.
He recently advised Nepal's Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies and Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, auditing departmental databases, analyzing application processing efficiency, and assessing Nepal's readiness as an AI inference data center destination.
